  • About Fitso

    • What is Fitso?

      Fitso is a full-stack sports discovery platform, founded by three IIT Delhi alumni. Fitso standardized the sports facilities at any stadium, field or court, implementing best practices in facility management using tech and providing highly trained coaches for great user experience. Via Fitso, a user can choose the sport that he wants to play, select a convenient time slot at the nearest facility and play! It is that simple.

    • How does your coaching work?

      Coaches have been trained to provide the following experience to our users :-

      • Kids Coaching - Our focus is on generating and continuing interest kids have in a sport through fun, well thought out and up-to-date drills. Our goal is to provide a positive learning atmosphere to kids that motivates them to stay active in that sport throughout their lives.
      • Masterkey - Our coaches are present during these slots to provided guided coaching for users who desire such direction. Coaches provide positive feedback, and a few pointers to users, that help them with their game. During 4 such slots in the week, we have broadcasted days/times when coaches would coach specific skills in each sport at every one of our facilities - for adults who would like to spruce up their game in that skill.
      • We aim to make teaching and learning enjoyable and accessible to all, whilst empowering growth and development in all aspects of life. Our teaching and coaching team is carefully selected, trained, experienced, professional and dedicated to delivering the structured program at every one of our unique aquatic locations. For the Master Key users apart from the regular lessons, there would also be skill-specific sessions six times a month at specified pools.

    • How effective is Fitso coaching?

      • With the focus on making Kids Coaching fun, motivating and positive, improvement becomes an expected byproduct. With coaches providing soft coaching to those who desire it, and with specific days for various skills being coached in every sport, adults have the choice to play, learn or both, as per their choice and convenience.
      • Through the Fitso Swimming framework children and adults travel a journey of carefully planned multiple learning levels flowing progressively from one to the other in a safe aquatic environment to make both teachings and learning effectively. The Aqua Dhamal sessions add an additional flavor to our program participation and effectiveness.

    • Will there be coaches available at facilities all the time?

      Yes, certified coaches will always be available at all Fitso facilities to assist the user in a guided environment.

  • MasterKey Promises & Benefits

    • What is Fitso Masterkey?

      Fitso Masterkey is a unique subscription from Fitso wherein a subscribed user gets unlimited access to 8+ Sports at 30+ facilities across Gurgaon. Via the Fitso Sports App, the user can choose the sport that he wants to play, select a convenient time slot at the nearest facility and play! It is that simple.

    • How many sessions/slots can be booked at any given point in time?

      Any registered user of the plan can book unlimited slots/sessions during the tenure of the plan. At any given point of time, users can have 3 active bookings, post completion of which new bookings can be made.

    • Can I book & play single sport back to back multiple times?

      Yes, the user can book and play any single sport up to a maximum of 3 active bookings for his/her account basis on availability in the system.

    • Does it include access to all Sports across Fitso facilities in Gurgaon?

      Yes, it includes unlimited access to 8 Sports at 20+ Fitso facilities across Gurgaon, unless stated otherwise.

    • Will I always find a partner to play with?

      Under our Buddy hour (during which you bring your own buddy free of cost), you obviously will have a partner to play with. Other slots are managed by coaches and Facility Managers who facilitate users joining games and attempt to help users get to play. In individual sports like Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis & Lawn Tennis, sometimes people come in groups as part of their socializing as adults and like to play amongst themselves. Social skills of users looking to join these groups, help them become part of this socializing experience too - always facilitated by coaches and Facility Managers. Coaches would even partner up with users who find themselves alone and play with them when possible.

Our teaching and coaching team is carefully selected, trained, experienced, professional and dedicated to deliver structured programme at every one of our unique aquatic locations. For the Master Key users apart from the regular lessons there would also be skill specific sessions six times a month at specified pools.
