Fitso provides swimming classes and pools for kids and adults (ladies and gents) at its modern swimming pool at V Club in Sector 48 Gurgaon. Here we provide swimming classes in an outdoor pool with cool & relaxing design. It is a large sized pool with a length of 25m and a width of 10m. The depth varies from the shallow side of 3.0 ft to the Deep side of 4.5 ft. The swimming classes are given by 4 male coaches and 2 female coaches who are highly certified and trained swimmers. There is a separate ladies changing room available to allow swimming for them in a secure atmosphere we already have at least 40% of our members undergoing swimming lessons who are women and 25% are kids. These classes are held at Fixed time slots which are chosen by the members themselves. The members who have to go to the office can choose a flexible time before their office timing or after office timing as showers and changing rooms are available to freshen up.

The swimmers are segregated at three levels according to their swimming capabilities such as beginner, intermediate and advanced. Ladies can access the pool as per their convenience during the open hours and kids, if needed, can attend their session before school as well from 6 AM onwards.

Fitso provides various swimming plans and memberships to Adults and Kids. You can select a membership plan for three months, six months or twelve months as per your schedule. Slot timings are flexible and can be booked on the Fitso Seals App prior to every class as per convenience. Classes are 1 hour long with 50 minutes dedicated to coaching in the swimming pool and 10 minutes for changing. Classes take place in defined time slots to provide a consistent swimming learning experience with the optimum number of members in the pool. All batches are co-ed with both male and female members in the pool. We ensure a safe and secure environment for all our members.
