Fitso provides swimming classes for kids and adults (both men and women) at its modern swimming pool at Apeejay School, Sector 15, Faridabad. Here we provide swimming classes in an all-weather pool with high-class infrastructure and modern design. It is a huge pool with a length of 25m and a width of 13m. The depth varies from the shallow side of 3.5 ft to the Deep side of 11 ft. The swimming classes are given by 8 male coaches and 1 female coach who are certified and trained swimmers.
There is a separate ladies changing room available to facilitate swimming in a secure atmosphere. We already have at least 40% of our members undergoing swimming lessons as women and 25% as kids. These classes are held at fixed time slots which are chosen by the members according to their flexibility. The members who have to go to the office can choose a suitable slot according to their office timings. They can even take shower and change clothes at the changing rooms. We have secure lockers to protect your belongings. Since the pool opens up at 5:00 AM, kids can access the pool even before they go to school. Otherwise, they can access in evening at suitable time.

The swimmers are segregated at 3 levels according to their swimming capabilities such as beginners, intermediate and advanced.
