Swimming classes are provided here at Fitso for children and grown-ups (both men and women) at its modern swimming pool at Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai New Delhi which is extremely accessible for all looking to learn swimming in South Delhi. It is a huge pool with a length of 25m and a width of 13m. The depth varies from the shallow side of 3.3 ft to the Deep side of 9.8 ft. Our trainers for swimming classes consists of a group having 8 male coaches and 3 female coaches. Each and everyone of them is a certified and trained swimmer.
Since security of women is of utmost importance to us, we provide separate ladies changing room to ensure they learn swimming in a secure atmosphere. Here in our swimming classes, you'll find 40% of our members are women and 25% of them are kids. We offer fixed time slots for the swimming lessons. Learners can choose a particular time slot as per their wish. Those who go to the office can choose a suitable time for their classes as per their given office timings. If they wish, they can even take a shower and change clothes for their office at the changing rooms. We also facilitate usage of secure lockers to protect your belongings. For kids who go to school, our swimming pool opens at 5 AM. For those who can't make it in the morning, our pools are accessible in the evening timings too.
The swimmers in our swimming pool are divided at 3 levels according to their swimming skills as beginners, intermediate and advanced.
