Swimming classes are provided here at Fitso for children and grown-ups (both men and women) at its modern swimming pool at Riverside, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Delhi is a premium pool added with high-class infrastructure and modern design. It is a pool with a length of 13.8 m and a width of 6.8 m. The depth varies from the shallow side of 2.7 ft to the Deep side of 6.7 ft. Our trainers for swimming classes consists of a group having 8 male coaches and 3 female coaches. Each and everyone of them is a certified and trained swimmer.
Since security of women is of utmost importance to us, we provide separate ladies changing room to ensure they learn swimming in a secure atmosphere. Here in our swimming classes, you'll find 40% of our members as women and 25% of them as kids. We offer fixed time slots for the swimming lessons. Learners can choose a particular time slot as per their wish. Those who go to the office can choose a suitable time for their classes as per their given office timings. If they wish, they can even take a shower and change clothes for their office at the changing rooms. We also facilitate usage of secure lockers to protect your belongings. For kids who go to school, our swimming pool opens up by 5 am. For those who can't make it in the morning, our pools are accessible in the evening timings too.
The swimmers in our swimming pool are divided at 3 levels according to their swimming skills as beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Fitso provides various swimming plans and memberships to Adults and Kids. You can select a membership plan for three months, six months or twelve months as per your schedule. Slot timings are flexible and can be booked on the Fitso Seals App prior to every class as per convenience. Classes are 1 hour long with 50 minutes dedicated to coaching in the swimming pool and 10 minutes for changing. Classes take place in defined time slots to provide a consistent swimming learning experience with the optimum number of members in the pool. All batches are co-ed with both male and female members in the pool. We ensure a safe and secure environment for all our members.
