Indoor Swimming Classes at Fitso Seals Swimming Pool in Sector 14, Gurgaon. This modern facility at OYO Townhouse 044 is a temperature controlled facility with certified coaching staff. This high-class infrastructure has a capacity of 40 users per session and has a dimension of 15.3m long, 5.3m wise and a maximum depth of 4.8ft. Pool opens at 6AM and closes at 10PM, making it convenient for children to swim before school or adults to relax post working hours. Separate male and female changing rooms are available with locker facility for security. The facility can be accessed by people living in Sector 14, Sector 15 and surrounding areas.

Fitso provides various swimming plans and memberships to Adults and Kids. You can select a membership plan for three months, six months or twelve months as per your schedule. Slot timings are flexible and can be booked on the Fitso Seals App prior to every class as per convenience. Classes are 1 hour long with 50 minutes dedicated to coaching in the swimming pool and 10 minutes for changing. Classes take place in defined time slots to provide a consistent swimming learning experience with the optimum number of members in the pool. All batches are co-ed with both male and female members in the pool. We ensure a safe and secure environment for all our members.
