Fitso membership allows you to choose the sport you want to play, find a Fitso sports facility near you and book a slot at your convenient time. Each Fitso facility ensures a safe experience for the user. Certified coaches present at the centre will provide you the guidance to improve your skills and ensure that you always have a partner to play with.

            • What cities is Fitso currently present in?

              Fitso is currently present in 6 cities: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

            • Which sports access does Fitso provide?

              Fitso members can access facilities primarily for the following sports: Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Swimming and Gym.

            • Are Fitso coaches trained/ certified?

              All Fitso coaches are nationally/internationally accredited and hold certifications for sports trainings.

            • How is a Fitso Sport facility different from a regular Sport facility?

              At Fitso centers, we adhere to all the national and international sports and safety standards including but not limited to dimensions, court and pool markings, coach to student ratio, fire & safety checks. Fitso maintains the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards accross our facilities. We also ensure that all centers are women and kids friendly. Our staff is highly trained to provide an effortless and a customer first experience to our members. Certified coaches are available to ensure you also learn while enjoying the game by providing guidance and necessary interventions when required.

            • Are Fitso centers women & kids friendly?

              All Fitso centers are onboarded and operated keeping safety of kids and women at its topmost priority. The staff is higly trained and sensitised to maintain a positive and stress free environment for all members.

            • Are Swimming Pools safe for beginers?

              Fitso thrives on its experience of training thousands of non-swimmers through its curriculum based teaching program. The infrastructure and the pedagogy is designed to make FItso operated pools a safe haven for our members to learn swimming in the safest environment possible.

            • What Safety Measures Fitso is taking to check COVID-19 ?

              Fitso ensures that all its facilities are 100% safe for its members and staff. Measures including but not limited to : Daily facility sanitisation, Thermal scan of the every user / staff, checking aarogya setu app status, hands / equipment bag, shoe sanitisation at the entry, frequent sanitisation of high frequency touch points (like door handles, knobs, doors, taps etc ) are necessary and standard precautions taken accross our centres.

          • At the centre

            • What type of guidance is available at the centre?

              Coaching staff is available at our centres to help you build skills and improve your game. The guidance should not be confused for a full fledged coaching program.

            • What equipment and ameneties are available at the centre?

              Currently, sports equipment are not available on rent at the facilities due to the current safety measures and to check the Covid spread at our centres.

            • What attire is needed to play at the facility?

              The attire necessary for each sports is available on the app before you confirm your booking. Generally office/formal attire, shirts. jeans, chappals, sandals, trekking shoes, office shoes are strictly not allowed for any sports.

            • What does 'Temperature controlled' pool mean?

              A 'Temperature controlled' pool is where water temperature is set to the level which is comfortable for learning swimming by children and adults round the year. This temperature generally lies between 27-29 degrees and primarily depends on the ambient air temperature at that time.

            • What is the need for a 'master user' and a 'child user' account?

              A 'master user' and 'child user' account is primarily needed for a dependent member where the 'child user' requires assistance or needs supervision.

            • What is a 'master user' and a 'child user'?

              A 'master user' account is a membership account which is used primarily to make a purchase and subsequently book for dependent or a 'child user' account. These memberships can be within families or friends. A 'master user' has control over all linked 'child user' accounts.

            • What sports facilities are currently available?

              Fitso members can access facilities for the following sports: Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Swimming and Gym.

            • What is Masterkey?

              Fitso Masterkey is our flagship product which gives members access to all offered sports and facilities in your city. Masterkey offers unlimited sessions and no questions asked refunds in case you do not like the experience post purchase.

            • What is the minimum duration for purchasing a Fitso membership?

              Fitso membership starts at 3 months. Currently 12 month plans are also available for purchase.

            • Can I use my Fitso membership anywhere in India?

              Fitso Masterkey is a city specific membership. For example, with Fitso Masterkey Gurgaon, you can access all the Gurgaon sports facilities.

            • How many bookings are possible at one time?

              In case you have booked more than 1 consecutive sessions, you only need to mark your attendance only once before the first session start time. Multiple check-ins are not required for consecutive bookings.

            • How can I purchase a Fitso membership?

              Membership purchase can be done through the app (popular payments modes available), at the center or calling our advisors at 8929500365.

            • Can I get a trial before I buy a Fitso membership?

              Anyone who signs up on the Fitso App gets 2 free trial bookings at any available slot across all Fitso centers in India. In case you wish to enroll with Fitso post the trial sessions, you can purchase the membership from the Fitso app, at the centre or by calling our advisors on 8929500365.

            • How do I find a nearby Fitso center?

              Nearby Fitso centers can be located using the Fitso App. Based on the requested location we display the available centers nearby sorted by distance. Navigation through Google maps can be done by clicking on 'Get Directions' button of a specific centers page.

          • Booking

            • Why do I need to book my slot in advance?

              To get a confirmed slot against your preferred time, bookings need to be made in advance since the number of members who can play in the slots are pre-defined. This is done to ensure a great and comfortable playing experience for all members.

            • Why is that I am not able to book a slot which I wish to attend?

              In case you are not able to book a slot, it might be because the slot is full or unavailable due to an unexpected closure. In case a slot is cancelled from Fitso's end, we ensure to send out a notification mentioning the closure. In case of any issues around booking and cancellation of slots, you can raise a support request from the app.

            • What is the duration of each slot?

              Each slot duration is currently of 50 minutes.

            • How many times I can visit a Fitso center in a day or a week?

              There is technically no limit, you can book as many slots as you wish to if they are available for booking. Barring minor exceptions, you can have 3 active booking at any given point of time.

            • When are Fitso facilities closed?

              Fitso facilities are closed on Holi and Diwali. Most Fitso facilities run all 7 days a week bmaintainencewhich have weekly offs for maintainence and deep sanitisation purposes. This depends on the nature of a particular sports' operations (eg swimming pools).

            • How do I book a session from the app?

              On the Fitso mobile app (available for both Android & IOS) you can choose the sport and the facility where you want to play in your city, select a convenient time slot and book a session. The following steps should be followed : Launch Fitso App > Select Location > Select Sport > Select Facility > Select any of the available time slots for your visit.

            • How can I reschedule my booking?

              You can reschedule your booking by following these steps : Profile > Your Booking > Select the booking that needs to be resheduled > Click 'Reshedule this booking' button at the bottom of the screen > Select the time slot you wish to attend.

            • With a 'master' user account, can I book a session for the 'child user' linked with my account?

              Yes, a 'master user' has complete access to bookings for all 'child user' linked accounts.

            • As a 'child user', can i book my 'master' users' slots?

              No, 'child user' can only make bookings from their own account.

            • How many bookings can I do in a day?

              There is no limit on the number of slots that you can book in a day, although a member can only have at max 3 active bookings at a time.

          • Attendance

            • How is the attendance marked at the centre?

              Attendance is marked using Facial Recognition (tab based) system at the facility.

            • Why do we have a Facial Recogniton attendance system?

              Facial Recognition based attendance system helps track the customer visiting the facility along with the time of their entry to validate checks for application for No Show and Late Entry penalty. Facial Recognition system also helps us in improving our safety efforts at the facility.

            • What is No Show penalty?

              In case a member books and does not turn up at the centre, one day is deducted from his/her membership and it is called a No Show penalty.

            • What is a Late Entry penalty?

              In case a member books and arrives later than 15 mins from the session start time, one day is deducted from his/her membership due to Late Entry.

            • Why does Fitso have a penalty system?

              Fitso believes that sports begins from self discipline. Booking and not turning up leads to issues like unavailability in rush hours depriving other members the opportunity to play. Late entry means less time to play that may cause members to overstep time boundaries and lead to increase in waiting time/ delayed entry for members coming in the follow up slots.

            • How do I contest against a penalty applied by Fitso?

              The following process needs to be followed, Go to Profile > Your Bookings > Select Booking where Penalty is applied > Click 'Request Reversal' button > Submit the request by selecting the appropriate reason.

            • What do I do once I reach the facility after booking a session?

              When you reach the Fitso facility as per your booking time, you should mark your attendance via Facial Recognition System, before attending your session.

            • How do I mark attendance for consecutive booked sessions?

              In case you have booked more than 1 consecutive sessions, you only need to mark your attendance only once ideally before the first session start time. Multiple check-ins are not required for consecutive bookings.

          • Membership Support

            • How do I raise a support request?

              Fitso members can use the following steps to raise a support request : Go to Profile on the top right icon on homepage > click 'Your memberships' > Select the subscriptions that needs to be renewed. Login to Fitso App> Go to Profile Section> Click on Support> Select Gmail> Mention query> Send.

            • Is there a number I can call to raise a query / complaint?

              Fitso support does not have a inbound call system. Membership support requests or enquiries can be raised directly from the app's support section. The support team will rresolve the issue/query on email/call based on the the nature or severity of the issue.

            • What is Fitso's refund policy?

              Fitso has a no questions asked refund policy.

            • I want a refund, how can I apply for it?

              Fitso members can use the following steps to apply for refund: Profile> select 'Your membership' > Select the subscription that needs to be cancelled > Click 'Cancel Membership' button at the bottom of the screen > Select reason for cancellation > Review the Refund amount displayed > Click 'Cancel now'.

            • How much time does it take for refunds to be credited in my account?

              It may take upto 14 days for the refund amount to be credited in case such a request is made.

            • Can I transfer my membership to anyone?

              Fitso membership are non-transferrable. In case of any further support, you can reach out to the support team by raising a support request from the app.

            • How Can I check my plan expiry date on app?

              Fitso members can use the following steps to check their plan expiry date: Go to Profile by clicking top right icon on homepage > click 'Your memberships' > View details of all current and past subscriptions.

            • How Can I renew my plan?

              Fitso members can use the following steps to renew their plan : Go to Profile by clicking top right icon on homepage > click 'Your memberships' > Select the subscriptions that needs to be renewed.

            • How can I check my plan details on app?

              Fitso members can use the following steps: Go to Profile by clicking top right icon on homepage > click 'Your memberships' > Select the subscription to view the details.

            • How can I change my registered email ID?

              Email ID change is not enabled on app. You can reachout to the support team and raise a support ticket in case the profile details are incorrect.

            • How can I change my mobile number?

              Mobile number change is not enabled on app. You can reachout to the support team and raise a support ticket in case the profile details are incorrect.

            • How can I change my profile name?

              Profile name change is not enabled on app. You can reachout to the support team and raise a support ticket in case the profile details are incorrect.

            • I wish to change my location to other city/ state?

              In case you are transferred to a different location during the tenure of your membership to another Fitso city, you can request a membership location change request by reaching out to the support team and raise a support ticket.

            • How can I change my profile picture?

              Go to Profile by clicking top right icon on homepage > Settings > Edit Profile > Click on current profile picture.

            • How do I find a nearby Fitso center?

              Nearby Fitso centers can be located using the Fitso App. Based on the requested location we display the available centers nearby sorted by distance. Navigation through Google maps can be done by clicking on 'Get Directions' button of a specific centers page.

            • Does Fitso have a referral policy? What are its benefits?

              With Fitso’s Refer-&-Earn referral policy, a member can refer a friend and get 10 days membership extension for each referred membership purchase. Upon using a user’s referral code, the referred user will get flat 10% off on the membership price (upto INR 1500).
