We are overwhelmed with the amazing response to the reopening of our swimming pools in Hyderabad since July. Sharing a few insights from the past couple of months:
– 500+ members have come back and resumed their membership since our pools reopened
– More than a third of the remaining members are ready to resume their membership
– 99% of feedbacks (that were completed and mentioned safety) indicated satisfaction with the current safety efforts at the pool
Continuing our efforts and keeping the govt-issued safety guidelines on top priority, we believe that most members who are able to, will resume their membership in the next coming days. Aligned with this thought, we will be going ahead and crediting a final 15-day extension to all inactive members on the 15th of September. This means that in case you choose to remain inactive and do not attend swimming sessions at our pools in September, no membership days will be lost for this entire month. Post that, we will stop the bi-monthly extensions for Hyderabad members.
