Srinidhi Shetty, 24-year-old engineer, has been voted the Times Most Desirable Woman 2016. Many of you might haven’t heard this name before, so read on here to know about this beautiful Indian model and actress who seems to have everything in her favor – beauty, brain and style.

Born in Mangalore, She completed her graduation in Engineering after which she started working as IT professional firm but soon she found her liking for modelling and beauty pageant afterwards.

Srinidhi started with Miss South India in 2015 where she was crowned the Miss Karnataka and Miss Beautiful Smile at the event. It was in 2016 that she took part in Miss Diva and acclaimed the title of Miss Supranational India. She then went on to represent India in Miss Supranational 2016. She was honored with the title of Miss Supranational 2016 in Poland at the world event. She made India proud by winning not one, but two international pageant titles, in the top slot. Apart from Miss Supranational, she was crowned Miss Asia & Oceania 2016, becoming the only girl to have won both the titles in the same year.

Recently in an interview, she shared her diet plan which she follows regularly for her beauty and health.

Pre-Breakfast: After waking up, she starts her day with fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds) and warm water. She likes to take protein shake after her gym workout.

Breakfast: Her breakfast mainly consists of egg whites, whole fruits, Poha.

Tip #1: She always keeps biscuits and apple with her for times when she feels hungry.

Lunch: Rice, Dal and Chapati are what completes her lunch meal.

Snacks: Lemon water, Green tea

Dinner: She likes to have light and green foods for her last meal which includes salad, soup, sprouts etc.

Tip #2: She strongly avoids fried foods and suggest everyone for same.

Well, her diet plan looks very nutritious and healthy but she do sometimes like to have cheat meal.

While schedule sometimes becomes very hectic for her but she never misses out on her routine, even if it’s late night workout session after rehearsals.
