Just follow for 14 days to get detoxified and lose weight. Start the new year with more energy!

* 1 Lemon juice = 1 squeezed lemon

Every morning drink a mix of lemon juice and water on an empty stomach.

Day 1:

1 lemon juice mixed with 1 cup of water

Day 2:

2 lemon juices with 2 cups of water

Day 3:

3 lemon juices with 3 cups of water

Day 4:

4 lemon juices with 4 cups of water

Day 5:

5 lemon juices with 5 cups of water

Day 6:

6 lemon juices with 6 cups of water

Day 7:

3 lemon juices mixed with 10 cups of water (add 1 tbsp of honey and drink through the day)

Day 8:

6 lemon juices with 6 cups of water

Day 9:

5 lemon juices with 5 cups of water

Day 10:

4 lemon juices with 4 cups of water

Day 11:

3 lemon juices with 3 cups of water

Day 12:

2 lemon juices with 2 cups of water

Day 13:

1 lemon juice with 1 cup of water

Day 14:

3 lemon juices mixed with 10 cups of water (add 1 tbsp of honey and drink through the day)

For strict follower:

You’re only allowed a salt-water drink, a “lemonade,” and an herbal tea for the first 10 days. You can’t have any solid food, and you can’t drink alcohol.

After 10 days, you can gradually add back foods, but only a few at first, starting with juice and soup, and leading to raw fruits and vegetables. After this, the plan calls for eating very little meat and no dairy.

For lenient follower

Follow this for 14 days:

  • Take fruits and nuts in snacks
  • Reduce sugar intake
  • Add a plate of salad in lunch and dinner
  • Minimize the fat intake

    what to eat during the day with this diet plan? and what if i want to do it for the whole month? should i repeat the plan after 14th day?
    i am a working lady and have a desk job, will it help me?

      How about not doing this diet. It is unhealthy. You need vitamins, fibre and other essential nutrients to ensure you are not losing muscle along with fat. Always have food in moderation – no maida, no sugar, no rice, no sweet fruits such as mangos, grapes, etc.

      This diet suggested is going to cause you irreparable damage to your system. Go to the gym for atleast 2 hours on daily basis and you will be fine.
