    What are the “musts” to be taken care with diet plan after someone having a cesarean delivery? What other changes are suggested for such people?


    Extreme good nutrition is a must, to speed up a right after the cesarean delivery, which helps to give the needed energy. Follow the same habits, which you have developed while you were pregnant. Foods like high protein diet, vitamin A & C, and iron. Healing process takes time, protein, vitamin, and iron plays a very important role. High protein foods are chicken, fish, eggs, dairy foods, dried beans, nuts, and peas. Vitamin A foods are cantaloupes, sweet potatoes, and carrot. Vitamin C foods are oranges, papayas, and strawberries. And, for irons – liver, red meats, dried fruits and enriched cereals. A regular half an hour physical activities are suggested to lose weight.
