Many of us assume that, starving for longer period of time can help them in losing weight. As per your taste, your habits and availability of the food products make a meal-by-meal plan that you can stick to. Even if your diet plan has more calories than the diet plan your dietitian recommends, it would at-least act as a guide to keep you on track.
