“I turned 40 recently and I’ve been a regular cyclist for over 4 years and a runner for the past 2 years. I had run several half marathons before I joined fitso this January.
I had been constantly improving my timing until the last ADHM where my timing worsened instead of improving. That left me kind of disheartened and unhappy with myself.
That is when I came to know about Fitso and it’s coaching plan for runners. I decided to give it a go. It’s just been 7 short weeks and I feel I made the right decision by joining fitso.
The coaching has brought discipline into my training. The results have shown, my HM timing at NDM came to 1.59 against my ADHM time of 2.09.
